STAR WARS ADVENT, DAY 4

On the fourth day of advent, Star Wars and LEGO brought us:

Lots of small gray pieces!

When assembled, we found ourselves with the following creation:

We were unsure what we had on our hands (an AT-AT prototype? A walking radio station?) so Bunny consulted Wookieepedia and reported:

"A spider droid is a general term, usually referring to one of the battle droids in the Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems or the Imperial Army.

While there are tons of different spider droids on the market, this one bears closest resemblance to the OG-9 Homing Spider Droid used by the Commerce Guild during the Battle of Geonosis (how's that for being a geek?)."

Below, an actual spider droid:

I have titled this "Nute Gunray Goes to IKEA."

(Seriously, what's up with all these extra pieces? We're thinking of collecting all of them and creating something with them.)

Rating: 3 of 5 parsecs. A fun little thing, but awfully obscure.
